About This Wine

Maison Sinnae is a cooperative winery in Chusclan, France, uniting 200 winegrowing families since 1925. Their Les Genêts cuvée is crafted from a meticulous selection of the finest terroirs in the Chusclan appellation, featuring a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, and Mourvèdre grapes. The wine showcases a deep garnet color with expressive aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries, and sweet spices. On the palate, it offers a tender and smooth texture, with flavors of ripe dark cherry and cassis, complemented by hints of black licorice, graham cracker, sweet vanilla, violet, and fresh thyme. This well-structured wine is ready to enjoy now and pairs well with roasted or braised free-range chicken, lamb shoulder with thyme, or roasted rabbit. Serving temperature: 15-17°C. Alcohol content: 14.5%.
