La Guigasse 2023 is crafted in the heart of the Rayas woods, from terrace vineyards known for their unique mix of clay, calcium, and flat rock stones. This exceptional terroir allows Grenache to reach perfect ripeness and deliver remarkable aromatic depth. Grapes are rigorously selected, keeping only the overripe clusters for maximum intensity. Whole-cluster fermentation is followed by fifteen months in new oak barrels, shaping a wine of great volume, complexity, and majestic tannins. Its long, spicy, and cocoa-tinged finish places this cuvée among the most collectible expressions of the appellation.
